ATTENTION ALL FOOD BOOTHS:
While there is no fee to set up your booth at our event, at least fourteen working days prior to the event you MUST acquire a PERMIT TO OPERATE A TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY from the KERN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT in Bakersfield (661) 862-8700.
You must also e-mail your Health Permit #, Business/Organization Name, Applicant’s Name, Menu and Daytime Phone # to David Laughing Horse Robinson: horse.robinson@gmail.com .
